A3O hardware is a modular set of nodes — core compute, vision, storage, power, battery, secure gateway and managed switches — assembled into an edge complex. It runs the local A3O runtime, AI Council, Digital Twin and Operator Console, connects PoE cameras, sensors and effectors on a VLAN-segmented network, stores evidence, and keeps working autonomously when the link to the cloud drops.
